생산 라인의 특징과 기능

YF 시리즈 PVC 이형재 생산라인은 주로 PVC 문창형재, 광폭 문판, 창턱판 압출에 사용된다.이 생산라인은 서로 다른 형재의 단면 및 금형에 근거하여 서로 다른 규격의 평행 (원추형) 이중 나사 압출기를 선택할 수 있으며, 상응하는 진공 정형대, 견인기, 절단기, 재료 뒤집기 플랫폼 등 보조 설비를 배치할 수 있다.

주요 압출량은 시간당 60kg에서 700kg 사이에서 선택할 수 있다.견인기는 우리 회사의 독특한 승강기술을 채용하여 작업이 평온하고 신뢰성이 좋으며 견인력이 크다.진공은 고속 압출의 수요를 만족시키기 위해 특수 증폭 동류 냉각 시스템형을 채택한다.절단기의 이동속도와 견인속도는 동기화되며 전부 수입PLC전기제어를 채용하여 설계가 합리적이고 운행이 안정적이며 분진회수장치를 장착한다.정형대는 연마기에 따라 4m, 6m, 8m, 11m 등의 규격을 선택할 수 있다.평행 쌍나사 압출기를 배치하여 형재의 고속 압출에 특히 적합하다.

Powder& dust suction device can be provided With different die tooling, the tilter platform can choose such specifications as 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter etc. With twin parallel screw extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profile material.
